we walk through life most
are unaware of what we cannot
but mind you they see you
and pay attention to all
Dare you to follow them
into their world???
Hopefully by bringing the plight of these animals in the world
It will make you more aware of what you still have around you.
Don't take it foregranted that things will stay the same, they don't!!!
We must be advocates for those with NO voice,
we don't NO ONE will and they will be lost forever.
Read up on it and pay attention
Please take the time to DO something, it only takes ONE to start
the ball rolling and we
need that ball rolling or
there will be no WILD left
in the wildlife or woods
Welcome to this page, I will not attempt to sway
your opinion of this misunderstood breed of dog
But will give you the FACTS.
With everything that is out there, most people GET IT WRONG
The term Pit Bull is often used as a generic term used to describe dogs
with similar physical characteristics.
A "Pit Bull" is one of several breeds including the American Pit Bull Terrier,
Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier,
Bull Terrier, American Bully, American Bulldog, Dogo Argentino,
Presa Canario, Cane Corso, or any mix thereof.
Any dog that is mixed with a "Bull breed"
may also be called a "Pit Bull" including those that are descended
from the English Bulldog, French Bulldog, and Boston Terrier.
The genetic similarity of Bull breed dogs may make
it difficult for experts to visually identify them,
and while mixed breed dogs are often labeled a "pit bull"
if they have certain physical characteristics such as a square shaped head
or bulky body type, visual identification of mixed breed dogs
is not recommended by the scholarly community.
Below I give you the links to each of the dogs listed look them up
and learn for yourself,
that THERE IS NO SUCH BREED, AS A PURE "PIT BULL"
And for most the name PIT, was given only because
some were fought in pits
AND PLEASE REMEMBER A DOG IS ONLY AS GOOD AS HIS/HER OWNER MAKES THEM
SO LOOK AT WHAT'S AT THE OTHER END OF THE LEASH
AND REMEMBER ANY DOG CAN TURN ON YOU
BIG OR SMALL
FIRST IT WAS THE DOBIES, THEN THE ROTTIES
THEN THE GERMANS, NOW THE PITTIES
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A LOCKING JAW EITHER, MYTH...
SAYING THE PIT HAS A THE MOST DANGEROUS BITE PSI, MYTH...
LOOK THESE UP BEFORE YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH
YOU CAN BITTEN BY ANY DOG, BIG OR SMALL
THE MOST POWERFUL AND DANGEROUS DOG IS THE KANGAL WELL OVER 700 PSI OR
AN ATTACKING WOLF OR WOLF HYBRID WELL OVER 1000 PSI
THE SO-CALLED "PIT" IS ONLY ABOUT 328 PSI
I know being bitten is a big trauma, been there, done that
both by little dogs and big
But I also learned several things along the way
there are signs to watch out for
And if a dog bites, you can get out it
dogs have missing teeth halfway back on both sides
grab the bottom jaw on both sides and pull down
it does work
They either have to release, or risk breaking their jaw
I watched neighbor shoot his dobie because she turned on him
She came flying out of the house one day and attacked my little dog
who my son was walking, I had to go out and get her to release him
without getting attacked
The neighbor also came out
Not too long after that she tried to attack him
I was attacked by a beagle over at friends house, and had to do the
jaw release to get him to let go
They were mating him, but I knew this dog and was petting the female there
Not a good thing, but there are signs to watch for.
Small or large, you need to watch for signs, it's not always "PitBulls"
It could be your own dog
Please take the dove and
send her on her way around
the world to continue
in the name of the plight
of the animals who cannot
for themselves yet continue
to die at the hands of
